No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Dyme Squad Media and all sister companies do not offer refunds for any products, services, digital goods, subscriptions, advertising, promotional packages, media placements, bookings, events, or deposits purchased through any of our websites, invoices, links, or payment platforms.

By purchasing from Dyme Squad Media or any sister company, you acknowledge and agree that NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of mind, scheduling conflicts, event date conflicts, delays outside of our control, dissatisfaction with subjective preferences, failure to attend an event, failure to use a service, or incomplete submission of required materials by the client.

All event-related purchases are non-refundable, including (but not limited to) vendor fees, performer fees, booth/table fees, registrations, sponsorships, ad placements tied to events, and deposits. If you cannot attend or participate for any reason, or if an event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, no refund will be issued.

In place of a refund, we will provide a replacement service, service credit, or an equal or greater value service for the amount you have paid. The replacement will be determined by Dyme Squad Media and may include a comparable promotional opportunity, upgraded placement, additional marketing time, event credit, or another service of equal or greater value.

To avoid delays, clients are responsible for providing all required information, content, images, approvals, and materials by the requested deadlines. If materials are not submitted on time, your purchase remains non-refundable and we will reschedule or apply your payment toward an equal or greater service.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are considered a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is filed, services may be paused until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to refuse future service to anyone who initiates a chargeback after agreeing to this policy.

Dyme Squad Media and its sister companies reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on our websites at the time of purchase will apply.
