Da’Quan Waters Foundation respects your privacy. When you submit a form, contact us, apply for assistance, or sign up for updates, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and documents you choose to provide.
We use submitted information to respond to your message or application, review requests for assistance and eligibility, communicate program updates and next steps, and send email updates when you opt in. We do not sell personal information.
Terms of use
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Da’Quan Waters Foundation may update website content at any time. Unauthorized use of our name, logo, images, or written content is not permitted without written permission.
Media permission
The Foundation may take photos or videos at events or during program activities for promotional and educational purposes, including our website, social media, flyers, and press. Participants may notify the Foundation in writing in advance if they do not wish for their image to be used. Parent or guardian permission is required for minors when applicable.
